Jacques Putzeys is a seasoned executive and corporate finance expert with a career spanning top leadership roles in banking and capital markets. He co-founded and led NASDAQ Europe, served as CEO of CGER/FORTIS Bank New York, and previously held the position of President of Bank Nagelmaeckers. With deep expertise and a strong international network, he brings strategic insight and governance excellence to every venture he supports as an independent consultant for over 20 years.
In this capacity, Jacques has developed extensive experience in banking and corporate finance, working with a large number of technology companies to organize their pre-IPO funding, including coaching of the management on how to IPO, as well as the organization of investor presentations, the reorganization of the company’s corporate governance, and the search for the right investment bankers and the most appropriate stock exchange to list on. His support is grounded in thorough analysis of business plans, core competencies, and growth prospects, with engagements spanning Europe, Israel, the USA, and Canada.
